Services and products are non refundable at Ease Medspa Wellness. ​It applies to both purchases made online and in-store. As all purchases are final, we are unable to offer refunds. If you bought our services offering on Groupon, Giltcity, or any other 3rd party platform, you will need to contact them should you have any issues with your purchase. Voucher codes or orders may not be resold, transferred or redeemed for cash, except where required by law. The expired promotional voucher can still be used, and the extra fee for extension will be applied upon redeeming the voucher (extra fee = original price - voucher purchase price).  

 

We apply a 24-hours reschedule/cancellation policy. Should you not cancel your appointment 24 hour before your original appointment time, you will have to pay a $50 late cancellation fee. If you need to reschedule your appointment, please call us at 212-625-8966, or email to info@easemedspa.com.
